The idea was to write a brief description of each of the Internet
site in this section, its contents, and rate it, that is in other
words, guide you, tell you what to read. However, that would be against the
very essence of the internet: Unlike a book, the contents, orientation
and even the purpose of each site may change any time. A website might
even get out of sight for a while or permanently.
The Interent is lively, dynamic, like the real life it is always changing.
